Yes. A Notary Public is available whenever we are open. For BTP customers, all notarizations of documents we prepare are included in our fees. For documents not prepared by us, we charge $15.00 per signature (cash only). You must sign the document in our presence and present valid photo identification.

Does BTP handle criminal matters?

No. We specialize in uncontested civil matters only. However, if you contact us, we can gladly refer you to a qualified local attorney who handles criminal cases.

Do you offer Rush or Same-Day document preparation services?

Yes. We can prepare certain documents within a few hours when needed. Rush and Same-Day services are available for the following documents: Trust Powers of Attorney Health Care Directives Deeds LLC and Corporation Articles of Incorporation A modest rush fee will apply.
